- maximize sales through effective sales floor management

- develop and manage the performance of the shop team to achieve its full potential whilst following company’s policies and procedures
- ensure that all operational areas are maintained in line with company’s standards: stock management and control, cash management and control, administration of the location, the presentation of the shop
- ensure that the shop operates effectively
- Ensure that the shop and personal presentation standards are permanently applied in order to provide a professional image of the brand and its values.
- Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills make you a top candidate.
- We expect computer proficiency and at least 2 years' management experience, as well relevant sales experience.
- University Degree.
- Fluency in English are a must for these positions.
