RESPONSABILITATI

- He has to support the relationship with customers through the best and customized performance of the Technical Assistance tasks, on the customer site in a specific area.
- Ensure a correct and effective application (both maintaining and developing) of the chemical treatments.
- Enable the highest quality and the best results of technical assistance
- Accurately prepare and present technical reports to customers and keeps updated on opportunities and trends on the relevant market, on products and treatments offered by the company
- Maintain and develop treatments for actual and potential customers
- Achieve customer satisfaction and promptly respond to the customer's Technical Assistance and Counselling needs.
- Timely flagging problems and inconsistencies, consequently requesting all technical support activities
- After the training period the candidate has to interact with the client and be able to propose commercial offers.


CERINTE

-Chemichal Engineering Degree or Chemistry oriented Technical Degree;
- Exeprience in refineries otr industrial units,
- Customer oriented, relational abilities,
- Fluency in English,
- Driving licence
