Define, together with plant quality manager and the division QSE (but
also with the plant and the UAP
managers) the priorities of quality continuous improvement
Build up, with these priorities, an annual QSE plan, including targets,
resources and organization of QSE
workshops
Give QSE training and support to production staff (especially Quality
support function in UAP) to ensure
QSE standards deployment
Carry out QSE workshops and therefore master QSE tools and techniques
(among others: 6 basics,
Problem Solving Methodology, convergence plan, variability reduction)
Periodically check the efficiency of implementation and efficiency of QSE
(methodologies implementation,
results trend, workshops efficiency.)
Support program quality coordinator and launch manager to be sure that QSE
concepts are taken into
account in new programs
Work closely with other networks (HSE, EE, PSE.) and measure impact of QSE
actions in their fields
Collect, consolidate and report QSE performances of the plant
Identify and implement best practices
Participate to division QSE network meeting
- University Degree
- Fluency in english
- Very good organizational skills, proactive attitude, excellent communication abilities, used to work under pressure
