RESPONSABILITATI

- Guarantees supplying of purchased components according to company's standards, in order to ensure 0 defects in the production lines
- Conformity validations
- Follow-up on the product approval process done by the suppliers
- Participates at the selection of suppliers, together with the buyer
- Participates at defining validation plans together with R&D
- Verifies product conformity: validation plans, geometrics, materials
- Ensures that samples are validated
- Offers technical support for testing implementation (catalogs, transfers, changes)
- Participates at eradication of components incidents and anticipates deliveries of bad components
- Represents the interface with the suppliers and the customer


CERINTE

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
- Experience in a Quality department in a production company
- Experience in maintaining relationship with clients/suppliers on quality related issues
- At least CONVERSATIONAL level of English and French

The first Leoni unit in Romania is in Arad since 1999 employing 2,150 people supplying to Rover Group, Ford Premier Automotive Group, Aston Martin, Mc Laren, DAF.
In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
