- Design and test hardware consisting of analog, digital and microcontroller based circuits, to meet the hardware specifications, including component selection
- Designs of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout and schematics using Mentor Graphics
- Generate all necessary documents for the design according internal procedures
- Place the documents in the dedicated databases
- Degree in Electronics, Automatics or Electrical Engineering with strong background in power electronics
- Experience with high-voltage systems, including: circuit topologies, high-power and high-voltage semiconductor devices, such as power MOSFET, IGBT and their gate drives
- Switching power supply experience would be helpful
- Experience with Schematic capture and PCB layout tools
- Able to handle mechanical drawings and technical design
- Experience with MS Office package
-Good English language skills (German language skills represent a plus)
- Availability to travel in a limited measure
