* Setting the strategy (technologies, architectures) in the area of Database Service;
* Having contacts with different partners in the area of database;
* Having a very close relationship with the management;
* Having a close relationship with the other IT DRX processes and areas of expertise (Infrastructure, Development, Operation).
* Academic degree in IT or Electronics;
* Minimum 5 years experience in Database Administrator area;
* Advance level in English;
* Experience in working with Red Hat Linux or Oracle Enterprise Linux;
* Strong knowledge about database administration (Oracle 10g/Oracle 11g and/or Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008);
* Good SQL, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Performance Tuning, Oracle Enterprise Manager (Grid Control) knowledge;
* Very good communication and empathic skills;
* Strong analytical skills and some experience in developing models;
* Strong ability to work in team and interacting with other teams;
* Having the ability to understand the links between Database and Applications on one side and OS/Network on the other side;
* Skills and availability for realizing individual projects;
* Availability to travel.
