Job Description:
Leading the recruitment process for the 3 locations of the company in Romania (Pitesti, Campulung and Iasi);
Developing and implementing efficient recruitment strategies to ensure growth of the organization and secure the best talent on the market;
Constantly sourcing high quality active and passive candidates within production and engineering sectors;
Maintaining a professional network; attending career fairs, college universities and events;
Offering support and training for all entities involved in the recruitment activities (team managers, HR specialists, etc.), in order to ensure allignment with business strategy;
Participating in all recruitment stages for technical positions (sourcing, screening, interviews);
Evaluating the success of recruitment processes; preparing statistics on overall office recruiting success;
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager for Europe and Africa and the HR Director.
4 years experience in recruitment and using multiple sourcing channels;
An understanding of automotive production, industrial, manufacturing processes;
Practical experience in using application tracking systems, LinkedIn and country job boards;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Willingness to travel to separate hiring locations on a regular basis.
