Our client is an expert in sealing development and production. For more than seven decades, our client continues to provide
pre-eminent innovation in the field of rubber production to its clients, car constructors. Expert in sealing development and
production, our client’s aim is to ensure that the car is protected from noise, dust, water, thanks to reliable and innovating solutions.
Keeping direct contact with the clients;
Managing the quality indicators (PPM, complaints);
Maintaining the indicators under control;
Treating the nonconformities of the client by PDCA approach ( 8 D);
Preparing and managing records of complaints;
Managing complaints under the GQE base of complaints;
Consulting the IPPRF client base;
Animating the specific client steps;
Unlocking critical situations by obtaining waivers;
Monthly collection and analysis of the results forwarded by the customer warranties;
Piloting analysis and action plan as a result of customer quality issues.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Renault base of complaints and the 8D format;
Minimum secondary education degree; preferably technical bachelor’s degree;
Knowledge in French;
User of the IPPRF Qualite Renault base.
