- Elaborates technical and commercial documentation for the assigned project during all development phases
- Coordinates the civil construction activities and daily supervises the construction activities, considering time, quality, quantity and costs parameters
- Manages and controls the assigned civil construction schedule on detailed and final milestones according to required schedule and assigned budget
- Maintains the relationship with contractual partners
- Ensures the compliance of assigned civil contractors with project procedures and policies
- Regular reporting to the Civil Coordinator of construction activities, regarding project status, budget, scope of project and objectives
- University degree in Civil Construction area
- Significant professional experience in civil constructions area
- Computer knowledge and fluency in English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate and motivate others
- Teamwork and customer focus
- Organizing and planning skills
