RESPONSABILITATI

- Prepare preventive maintenance and repair schedules in line with Maintenance plan;
- Allocate manpower in the most efficient and flexible manner in order to ensure optimal use of resources;
- Control rational use of utilities, develop and implement measures / activities for the observation of energy saving best practices;
- Organize and supervise troubleshooting services in order to minimize equipment shutdown and contribute to non-interruption of equipment functioning;
- Keep track of technological developments in utilities equipment and advise management on suitable solutions for implementation;
- Test emergency utility equipment and networks in order to guarantee their proper functioning;
- Supervise, control and evaluate the performance of the facility maintenance contractor ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial business relationship.


CERINTE

- University degree, preferably in Engineering or Civil Construction, would be a plus;
- Previous experience in design, installation or maintenance of utilities’ systems;
- Excellent knowledge of utilities’ equipment functioning principles (heating, ventilation, air conditioning etc);
- Experience in achieving efficiency improvements for utilities’ systems;
- Experience in providing or supervising integrated facility maintenance services;
- Strong analytical, conceptual and achievement orientation skills;
- Feel comfortable working in a team;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Experience in MS Office (Excel) and technical drawings (AUTOCAD is a plus);
- Good command of English.
