RESPONSABILITATI

- Organize and administer processes and/or projects of administrative nature (labor books, personnel records), ensuring correct and timely completion;
- Ensure accurate administration of employees database and reflect all organizational changes in due time;
- Prepare all necessary HR legal paperwork for PM employees, ensuring all documents are in line with Romanian labor legislation and company policies;
- Prepare employee certificates as requested by various authorities or entities;
- Ensure proper and timely transmission of relevant documents for payroll to C&B Analyst;
- Collect, consolidate and analyze HR data from different sources in order to prepare / update various reports, as required by internal or external parties;
- Provide administrative services and support to the HR team.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Previous experience in personnel administration;
- Human Resources Inspector certificate would be a plus;
- High level of concern for order and quality;
- High sense of confidentiality and work ethics and customer service orientation;
- Fast learning capabilities;
- Highly flexible and adaptable, with a demonstrated teamwork approach;
- Good knowledge of MS Office application and office equipment;
- Good level of written and spoken English.
