-Preparing the documents for the drivers
-Taking over the documents from the drivers (deductions, travelling sheets, tahographs etc.)
-Doing different situations regarding the drivers’ activity (calculations of different fuel use and products for consume/the calculations of the drivers daily allowance/ the calculation of the phone bills etc)
-Doing the situations regarding the drivers activity (hours driven/day/travel and of their breaks/day)
-Preparing the documents for the other departments ( the list of the costs with its adherent documents – bills, receipts, orders; the list of the consumption with its adherent documents – fiscal receipts, travelling sheets)
-Reporting directly to the Transport Manager;
-Good knowledge of English ;
- Experience in a similar position (will be an advantage);
- Organized and able to establish priorities;
- Able to meet strict deadlines and works under pressure;
- Computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook etc.).
