Job purpose:
- To serve as a single point of contact for all supply chain responsibilities pertaining to a platform
- To coordinate effectively with the allocated resources from each of the functional managers
- To hold themselves accountable through measurement of performance on projects
- To provide all necessary reporting information to the projects and management staff
- Supplier cash flow predictions
- To source plan creation and maintain throughout the Projects
Key accountabilities:
- Purchase Efficiency to Budget
- Source Timing
- Material OTD (on time delivery)
- Supplier Quality
- Project Economic Stock
- Project Related Shipping Costs
- Level of education: university degree; nonspecific professional qualification required;
- Work experience: at least 3 years of work experience on a similar position;
- Computer skills / PC knowledge: strong knowledge of MsOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet;
- Language skills: Fluent speaker of foreign languages: English is a must, Italian is an advantage;
- Competencies / Other skills: strong leadership skills, high degree of self management, high level of maintaining confidentiality, planning & organizing, flexibility in adapting to change, attention to details, accuracy and reliability, customer focus, sense of urgency, communications skills, with initiative, interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the organization: sales, marketing, finance;
- The willingness to travel, the job will require internal and external travels.
