RESPONSABILITATI

Reporting to the Manager Area Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales volume, distribution, pricing and merchandising objectives through Distributors’ sales force in retail outlets within defined territory;
- Managing, training, developing and coaching Distributors’ sales force in your area;
- Managing, coaching and developing your direct reports;
- Achieving and maintaining high quality customer service level, based on company standards;
- Expanding distribution of all available products and obtaining display dominance stimulating customer awareness.


CERINTE

- University / college graduate;
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Supervisor within a multinational company or an important distribution company;
- Team management, planning, organizing skills;
- Strong sales, merchandising and negotiation skills;
- A good command of English;
- Good PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Clean driver’s license, more than 2 years experience.
