Your Job Responsibilities:
'Responsible for directing the activities of the Group Leaders with an emphasis on production quality, on time
delivery, and factory production efficiency;
'Responsible to support key business metrics, general housekeeping and workplace safety;
'Directs the Production Group Leads and operators to ensure that day—to-day production needs are met;
'ldentify resources needs, as well as ensure that the production schedule is met;
'Work with Planners to load all processes;
'Supports the Business Unit's goals and metrics.
Experience of 3 years in a similar position is required.
Good work ethics, personal motivation an drive, good leadership skills.
A technical university degree represents an advantage.
