For our branch from Oradea we are looking for enthusiastic recruiters to join our team.
THE ROLE:
To execute the whole recruitment and selection process with all the steps for different clients from alocated area.
THE RESPONSABILITIES:
-Analyses the clients' recruitment request and establish together the ideal profile of the candidate;
-Prepares and place the job advertisement on different chanels;
-Reviews and selects the applications;
-Plans and conducts the interviews, makes the recommendations to the client;
-University degree in psychology or related fields;
-Relevant experience as a recruiter for at least 1 year for different positions (top and middle management mainly);
-Good command of English;
-Excellent PC skills;
-Open minded, flexible, with good communicating skills;
