Connectronics Romania, part of the CONNECT GROUP, provides total EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) for the professional industry. The EMS division specialises in SMD and pin-through-hole technology, and offers assembly and test services to its customers. Connectronics Romania employees almost 900 employees in its facility in Oradea.
Connectronics Romania is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for its EMS division in Oradea, Romania.
You will be responsible for
-Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisation;
-Improving the quality level by taking the correct preventive and corrective actions
-Ensuring that the products of our company fit for their purpose and meets both external and internal requirements including customer expectations;
-Agreeing standards and establishing clearly methods for staff to apply;
-Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training;
-Establishing standards of service for customers or clients;
-Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;
-Creating and measuring realistic quality goals and processes for the quality team;
-Coaching and extending team members testing skills;
-Modifying and improving existing quality processes.
Our ideal candidate has
A Technical University Degree (Master) in one of the following fields: Electronics, Electro-Mechanics or Mechanics;
Several years of relevant experience in Quality Management and the Electronics industry;
Experience with ISO compliance and IPC norms (certification);
An analytical and logical approach, and thus the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions;
Planning and project management skills;
Advanced written and oral communication skills in English;
Experience in managing people, managing deadlines, working in a team;
Good negotiating skills and is assertive;
A customer focus and good business sense.
