Develop manufacturing methods and equipment specifications to scale up new products from prototype to volume production;
Optimize manufacturing methods and equipment parameters for existing products;
Effectively communicate and document results for internal and external customers;
Ensuring the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs;
Making observations and taking measurements directly, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical and operating staff involved;
Ensuring that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations.
Technical University degree;
Excellent communication skills and speaking English fluently;
Advanced PC knowledge;
Excellent interpersonal and analitycal skills.
