RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients we are looking for an Operational Manager who will be located in Oradea. He will be responsible for the operational activities, outbound sales and perhaps in the future inbound sales, service - telecommunications industry.

The Operations Manager will manage all activities associated with Call Center operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures on systems. Another role is to establish and implement performance and service standards and create an account plan.

Develops and implements process and/or operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Develops departmental budget and controls costs.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering both quality and quantity of services as agreed with the client, supporting the Team Leads in their activities, making sure the management team is motivated and performing well.


CERINTE

We are looking for an experienced leader/manager. So we ask at least 3 years of experience in a role as manager (preferred within a Contact Center environment.)

• Fluent English speaking and writing
• Fluent Romanian speaking and writing
• Experience in the Telecommunications industry
