-independently manages mechanical, electrical and constructional maintenance, the tool-making shop, the administration of buildings and premises and capital expenditure programs to avoid the failure of the smooth production flow.
-is responsible for trouble-free operation of machines and equipment
-organizes work in his department ,implements TPM
-is responsible for budget planning its observance
-keeps records necessary for TPM and preventive maintenance
-purchases services ,material and consumables necessary for all maintenance activities within the premises
-organizes preventive maintenance
-is responsible for machine and tool maintenance management, for setting the maintenance concept, for maintenance document control and for keeping machine and tool information up-to-date
-suggest and performs cycles of preventive repairs ,finds out the causes of defects and takes corrective actions
-proposes to dispose or sell redundant assets
-participates in commissioning of machines and equipment and is responsible for their putting into operation
-plans and carries out machine shut downs
-plans funds for the plan of repairs and is responsible for the budget
-plans consumption of spare parts
-approves and maintain technical documentation for machines and equipment
-shows the use of funds for repairs of machines and equipment
-cooperates in developing of the maintenance instructions
-is responsible for spare part inventory management
-5 years experience in maintenance , in leading a team
-Mechanical or Electromechanical engineering degree
-Good knowledge of mechanical,pneumatical ,hydraulical, electrical actuators
-Good knowledge of English (written and spoken )
