Payout Payroll Outsourcing is recruiting fresh graduates with technical studies, in Oradea, for a growing customer service team within a multinational company.
Our client has a very large experience in creating software solutions for companies worldwide, in human resources field, time management, travel management, ERP and CRM.
The Customer Care Department is a centralized support for IT solutions, based on working 24/7, with specialized assistance and continuously expanding.
The successful candidate will possess technical abilities, excellent communication skills and he will be dealing with customers all over the world. The company will provide training programs for the team.
Responsibilities:
Provides IT support about company’s software solutions, via telephone and email, according to established priorities;
Communicates information according to customer’s request and offers assistance following internal procedure;
Offers assistance within the Group in order to maintain a correct workflow and environment;
Maintains control of schedules and documents in order to remain on current levels of software upgrades;
Keeps connected with industry trends in IT developments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science – recent graduation;
Knowledge about Linux and SQL database – basic level;
English – advanced;
Italian – can be a plus;
Customer oriented
Excellent communication skills;
Weekend and night shifts availability.
