Participates at the project team in order to orientate the industrialisation’s choices considering the work stations arrangements;
Participates at the elaboration of the product to facilitate it’s industrialization (simplification, costs, quality, after sale service );
Defines the structuring/ balance (operations theory, cycle time measurement, actual papers);
Defines the operations theories, to supply and put in place small tools and specific conditioning in order to facilitate the assembly;
Defines the work stations arrangements following the rules(work stations ergonomic , security, spare parts resistance);
Assists the production concerning the assembly for the start of new products;
Insures the technical support at the production sites(operations theories, tools, process);
Insures the line flow formation (key points) and of production sites operators;
Participates at the continuous improvement actions on the production line concerning the operation theories and the work stations arrangements (productivity, quality, ergonomic).
Technical Faculty graduate;
AutoCAD knowledge or equivalent;
Methods knowledge (timekeeping, time analysis, ergonomics, security);
Advanced level of English;
Advanced PC knowledge;
Experience in manufacturing industry;
Good interpersonal skills.
