RESPONSABILITATI

JOB's RESPONSIBILITIES:

- develops, advises on and implements staff efficiency policies within the company
- implements working practices, recruitment, pay, conditions of employment, disciplinary procedures, absence management
- consults managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
- develops HR planning strategies alongside managers
- staff recruiting procedures - developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, interviewing and selecting candidates;
- develops policies for working conditions and performance management
- administers payroll and maintains staff related records
- interprets and consults on employment legislation;
- maintains and monitors the professional relations with all labor related governmental institutions and agencies;

CERINTE

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- University Degree
- Background experience in the HR field
- Human Resources Inspector Certificate is an advantage
- PC skills (MS Office suite)
- Coordination capacity
- Abilities to work within a strong team environment and meet deadlines
