Our multinational company dealing in the financial sector (banking/insurance) is urgently looking for an expert to strengthen the HR activity at our new operation in Romania and support the HR team in Hungary.
We opened a career opportunity for a HR Manager (HRM_RO)
Main responsibilities:
· Manages recruitment processes;
· Keeps contacts with recruitment agencies;
· Represents the HR function in Romania
· Controls daily personnel administration (HR controlling, including budget planning and monitoring, preparing contracts and reports to the headquarter, etc.);
· Provides professional advices and support towards the management and to the Hungarian HR team;
· Manages the yearly Performance Appraisal Process;
· Consults employees in HR-related issues

Requirements:
· 1 - 3 years of experience gained in a multinational environment in an HR role, preferable Generalist
· College or University degree
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and Hungarian language,
· Knowledge of English language is an advantage
· Deep knowledge in Romanian Labor Code and related regulations
· Highly motivated - able to work with limited supervision
· Assertive, dynamic and pro-active personality
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-changing business environment without losing enthusiasm
