• Deploy basic failure analysis material labrotory in Oradea. Install lab facilities, equipment and chemicals.
• Project manage the installation of the Lab Facilities and services.
• Source, install and commission all equipment for Dye & Pry, Cross sectional Analys, microscopy and strain gague analysis.
• Promote regular communication within the region and actively participate and contribute to the FA Lab Council. Participate in global and regional supplier roadmapping sessions.
• Operate the FA Lab effectively. Assist production in failure analysis, and process control. Work with local local universities and the corporate technology group on process development projects. Longer term focus : developing engineering services and increasing the capability of the lab.
• Degree/Diploma holder in Electronics or materials science discipline
(Preferred: Six-Sigma Green Belt Training)
• 2 Years experience within an operational engineering role
• 1 years experience within an ME role
• Good organization skills
• Ability to evaluate materials, gather and analyze data and determine root cause of problems.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external customers
