Now we are looking for an Engineering Changeover (EC) Coordinator to join our team:
Your job Responsibilities:
Lead Factory ECO/ECN management through weekly meeting and ensure BOM accuracy
and maintenance
Own ECO/ECN procedure through continuous review in order to maintain a Best in class
ECO/ECN procedure and train all relevant manufacturing personnel.
Measure Site ECO/ECN implementation, provide Site weekly report/visibility and ensure
DOC control and manufacturing personnel accountability.
Measure load / Capacity of the ECO/ECN Doc control and provide required support (cover
pick or/and new program activities).
Engage and drive ECO/ECN process discussion with new customers and ensure that
Plexus Oradea ECO/ECN procedure fulfill new customer requirement.
Technical University Graduation is desirable;
Experience on a similar position in an electronic manufacturing or automotive
environment.
Data Modeling and Manipulation Knowledge.
Good Computer skills.
Very good English
