Identify, create, develop the distribution network (dealers, business partners) and assures the achievement of sales targets;
¿Develop and coordinate the strategy of distribution network and supervise the activity of the dealers in the allocated area;
¿Develop with the dealers/business partners the offers and participate in negotiations of the contracts;
¿Coordinate the marketing and promotion activity of the dealers on advertising and sales events (fairs, exhibitions, etc);
¿Identify training needs for dealers¿ sales persons and participate in dealers selection processes.
University degree (Economic or Telecommunication field would be an advantage);
Minimum 2 years in sales;
Proven experience in working with distributors would be an advantage;
Very good computer knowledge and good command of English;
Driving license: B category;
Previous experience in team management would be an advantage;
Proven experience in working with distributors would be an advantage
Extensive traveling around the country
