- Programarea, efectuarea si controlul livrarilor catre clienti,
- Organizarea si optimizarea rutelor de transport pentru flota alocata;
- Urmarirea, centralizarea si optimizarea costurilor;
- Coordonarea echipei de soferi;
- Raportarea periodica a indicatorilor de performanta pentru echipa din subordine;
- Controlul activitatii si starii tehnice a autovehiculelor;
- Gasirea alternativelor de transport aferente;
- Urmarirea transportului pe parcursul derularii acestuia si solutionarea situatiilor ce pot interveni.
