Leading and directing site based design team
Provide design co-ordination support to the Project Managers in Design & Construction phases.
Monitoring progress and programming design functions on site
Chairing and leading Design Team Meetings and Workshops
Controlling the receipt and distribution of authorized Construction documents
Drive value engineering process in design.
A minimum of 5 years construction experience on commercial and retail buildings.
Fluency in English.
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Team Player.
Experience of managing design of high value projects, either with Designer or Contractor.
A good knowledge of H&S and Quality issues.
A third level qualification in a construction related field.
Computer literacy. AutoCad an advantage.· Ability to think laterally.
Architectural design experience would be advantageous
