- Obtinerea si comunicarea intre client si organizatia interna a tuturor informatiilor relevante cu privire la produsele furnizate, calitatea acestora si a serviciilor;
- Primirea si transmiterea comenzilor de la clienti catre Sales-ul Intern si validarea lor in functie de posibilitatile productiei si ale furnizorilor;
- Mentinerea unei situatii clare referitor la comenzile deschise si la livrarile efectuate in functie de comenzi;
- Receptia, livrea si urmarirea stocurilor pentru clientii din potofoliu, supravegherea si aplicarea intelegerilor referitoare la nivelul de stoc agreat cu clientii.
- studii medii/ superioare
- cunoasterea limbii engleze (nivel mediu/fluent)
- cunosterea limbii maghiare constituie um avantaj
- experienta in domeniul comercial, serviciilor client sau domeniul logistica sau o pozitie similara
- deprinderi de utilizare Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
