Job suspendat de catre administratorul site-ului
Evidenta prezentei la lucru a personalului de la sediul societatii si intocmirea formelor necesare pentru salarizare;
Urmarirea intocmirii corecte a pontajelor de catre cei desemnati sa le execute si existenta ca anexe a tabelelor cu sporurile acordate salariatilor;
Suport pentru calculul salariilor pentru toata societatea pana la nivelul de salariu brut;
Evidenta concediilor de odihna, concediilor medicale, invoirilor, nemotivatelor, primelor de vacanta;
Intocmirea pe calculator si editare de adeverinte, actualizari norme, diverse formulare, tabele, adrese necesare in cadrul biroului si firmei.
Postul este pe perioada determinata de 6 luni.
Studii superioare;
Experienta in domeniu constituie avantaj;
Cunostinte la nivel mediu MS Office;
Cunostinte la nivel avansat de limba engleza;
Bune abilitati organizatorice;
Buna capacitate de analiza si sinteza.
