- Site buyer/SCM manager back up contact for general queries on the IPC for processes and execution
- Contact for general queries on IPC processes and execution
- Support for Open Order reporting and posting for European customers
- Support for master data auditing
- Open order purchase order reconciliation from European customer with IPC sales orders
- Analytical support of new potential suppliers to the IPC. This may also include supplier on-boarding activity with new suppliers
- Live Share implementation support for European customer and suppliers (to start in June-July)
- Awareness of marketplace conditions for EMS Industry.
- Strong systems skills, including common office platforms such as MS Office and Access, along with have strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
