Dezvolta si incurajeaza munca in echipa in cadrul departamentului si intre
departamentele hotelului ;
Impreuna cu managerul departamentului F&B stabileste meniul si preturile;
Obligatoriu pregatirea universala (capabil sa lucreze in oricare zona a bucatariei)
Participa la pregatirea din bucatarie, in vederea demararii activitatii in bucatarie
