- Develop a profitable product mix and associated selling techniques;
- Determine and monitor market trends;
- Analyze competitors prices and strategies;
- Develop support systems for sales;
- Develop promotional campaigns with marketing;
- Develop promotional campaigns with suppliers;
- Develop and deliver product training to sales staff;
- Travel in the country, 10 days/month, to assess the market and to support and train sales staff.
- University degree;
- Experience in product or category management;
- Experience in building materials (especially flooring and accessories);
- Exerience in financial modeling;
- Good knowledge of working with numbers (from revenue to gross margin);
- Computer literacy:MS Office ( especially Excel);
- Willing/ able to travel 10 days/month;
- Results orientation;
- Adaptability and team player;
- Presentation skills;
- Comunication and training skills.
