RESPONSABILITATI

Management of the telemarketing operators
Ensure service profitability
Maintenance and monitoring of customer satisfaction levels
Ensure production of the management reports necessary to achieve and to demonstrate achievement of the objectives and customer satisfaction targets
Act as a point of liaison and communication with the in-country service teams and the international customers
Liaise with the International Services Development Team in order to develop and improve the service.
Any other duties as assigned by your line manager.


CERINTE

Experience in managing a team of agents of at least 1 year
Written and spoken fluency in Italian. Fluency in German or English will be a distinct advantage
Ability to interact with the client
Capability to train and motivate the agents, tune the script, monitor performance
Autonomous and optimist person
Experience in a multi-language call center is a plus
