Branch Manager
Reports to: Area Manager or Country Manager
1. JOB PURPOSE
•To achieve strategic outcomes and business goals, maximize profit targets, and
meet the needs of the Adecco’s clients, candidates, colleagues
•To provide direction and inspiration for the team within the branch
•Create an environment which will accelerate profit growth
•Recruit retain and develop the best people to provide a superb service to customers
2. MAIN KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Responsible for one branch location
• Sales & Service Activities – 70% of their time
• Team Management – 15% of their time
• Finance and Management Control – 10% of their time
• Analysing and Planning – 5% of their time
• Oversee all areas of the business
• Promote and maintain customer relations with new and current clients
• Responsible for P&L (profit and lost reports)
• Monitoring of competitions activities
• Represent Adecco at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events;
promote new and existing programs and initiatives
• Hire, train and develop staff
• Focuse the staff on building productive candidate and client relationships, to enhance the success and profitability of the branch that they lead.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
• Strong sales skills
•Experience in sales to B2B sector – at least 2 years
•Good negotiations skills
•An experienced manager with a directly related business background - must be
professional staffing
•A demonstrable record of achievement both personally and through the team
•Experienced in running a business profit and loss
•Excellent people skills through the use of listening, influencing, negotiation and
persuasive skills.
•A proven track record of business growth
•Master's degree (economical or management)
•Fluent English skills
