• ensure that product being built conforms to Customer requests and Work Instructions
• coordinate activities of small group of technicians
• ensure compliance to equipment preventative maintenance plan
• maintain equipment spare part stock holding
• monitor key performance indicator on assembly equipment
• root cause any yield or thru put detractors
• identify potential areas for yield and thru-put improvements
• continually monitor line balance, to maximize efficiency
• update internal Work Instructions to reflect changes
• communicate with customer on product related issues
• University degree/diploma holder in Mechanics or Electro Mechanics
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role in high volume manufacturing/electronics
• very good English knowledge
• good organization skills
• logical approach to problem solving
• attention to details
• ability to effective communication
• excellent computer skills
