B.E Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with at least 5 yrs experience in Gulf with large contracting/construction companies. Responsibilities involve to carry out day to day pre/post contract administration of projects. Monitor and prepare progress reports, bills, variations, claims. Carry out contractual correspondence, payment certificate for large building projects. Know how of BOQ, BOM, FIDC and contractual terms & Conditions. Good communication skills and well versed in Computer.
