Development of Conceptual and Detailed Design for Projects such as Basic
Engg Documents, PFD's, P &ID's, RFQ , Hydraulic System Design, Control
Philosophy, Unit & Line Sizing, Datasheets, Safeguarding Scheme. HAZOP,SIL,
safety design, area classification etc.
Lead assessments of new components for implementation into the manufacturing processes
Lead Cost Reduction Projects on specific processes
Lead Process Controls development and implementation at the site
Support New Technology Development / Implementation
Support New Customer/Product Introductions
Support Tool Manufacturing / Design through implementation of corporate standards
Overall effectiveness and efficiency of process design
Identifying and assessing new technologies and systems to facilitate improvements in design and operability of the process systems for large-scale field development projects
Managing and reviewing output of conceptual design into feasibility studies, functional specifications and Basis of Design for process units
leading and directing his team of engineers
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field or equivalent is highly desired;
Minimum of 15 years experience in an engineering role or equivalent; relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry in onshore and/or offshore facilities
Manufacturing, Data Modeling and Manipulation knowledge;
Intermediate operational knowledge.
Fluent knowledge of English; Spirit of Enterprise
