¿Responsible for complete Quality Control of products
¿Responsible for installation & commissioning
¿Responsible for after sales service
¿Responsible for inspection of panels by Clients/Contractors/Consultants
¿Responsible to analyze site complaints and corrective actions
¿Inspection of inward materials
¿Perform stage & final inspection of materials, collect the statistics and coordinate with respective departments to avoid recurrence of defects.
Conduct customer inspection & Routine Type Tests and prepare reports and minutes of inspection by customers.
¿Attend site complaints and analyze the root cause and prepare report with corrective/ preventive measures.
¿Interaction with Design, Production, Purchase & Stores Departments to prevent site complaints and shortage of materials.
¿Ensure proper testing of products and attend site visits.
¿Ensure consistency in quality of the product.
¿Preparation of finished goods handover note to Stores
¿Monitoring and updating of quality related documents
¿Control & monitoring of Test & Measuring Equipments
