Foreman - Asphalt Paving

Candidate should have minimum 10 yrs experience in asphalt laying into competent projects preferably in the Gulf area. Should be aware of asphalt equipment¿s and the technically issue of each equipment¿s mainly the Pavers (asphalt finishers) (ABG & Dynapac). Enough knowledge about the rolling systems to achieve the compaction required for different mixes of asphalt. Should be promptly experienced with methods of asphalt laying by using sensors and thickness paving method as well. Leadership characters should be natively enough to lead the crew and to control subordinates to achieve the required quality. Communication (skills) attributes should be distinguished to know how to deal with consultants and other partners. Paving asphalt by using sensor levels is essential and levels adjustments with thickness is a fundamental requirement. Knowledge of asphalt mixes is also required.
