For our client, Tonerfill Romania, we are looking for a person who can take on the position of Senior Research & Development Engineer for its production facility in Oltenita specialized in high-quality replacement cartridges.
Tonerfill Romania is part of the Turbon Group, global leader in the production of imaging supplies (laser, inkjets, ribbons, etc.), with a reputation for high-quality, and with manufacturing, logistics and distribution facilities in Europe, North America and Asia. The Group is well established with over 30 years of experience in the imaging supplies industry, and has sales revenue of Euro 140M, including Euro 115M in non-impact products of which Euro 100M is in laser cartridge sales.
Carrying on research activities in view of developing new products;
Overseeing the quality parameters of the products;
Elaborating product documentation necessary for cartridges production;
Assuming and solving customers problems and internal problems identified by quality control inspectors;
Implementing solutions found in the production lines;
Take part in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 system
Technical University degree (preferably Fine Mechanics specialization);
8-10 years previous experience in engineering;
Well developed analysis abilities and problem solving skills;
Reliable, motivated and willing to learn fast;
Fluency in English;
Computer literacy ¿ user knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
