For one of our client, a leading international cable operator offering advanced video, telephone, and broadband internet services who operates broadband communications networks in 14 countries,includes significant media and programming businesses such as Chellomedia, a world class multimedia content provider based in Europe, as well as interests in content businesses in each of our regional markets.we are looking for a senior capacy planner.
Main Responsibilities:
•Translating business requirements into technical requirements and capacity needs
•Plan the capacity on network based on the business growth and new product introductions
•Define requirements for capacity planning, reporting and cost models
•Enhance and automate capacity planning, reporting and cost models
•Timely submit business cases to justify required capacity upgrades
•Support yearly budget submission producing traffic forecast
•Contribution to the Mergers & Acquisitions process in terms of capacity requirements assessment of the networks in question.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
•Industry experience in carrier market or on networks for at least 3 years
•Strong communications/relationship management skills of 3 years
•Financial/ Business case skills
•3 years experience in capacity planning
•Fluent in spoken and written English
•Higher level education
•Computer skills (excel, Visio, MS project, word, PowerPoint)
•Coordination and management skills
•In-depth and insight knowledge of the service provider and carrier market
•Product management experience in the Telecom Market specifically related to leased services
•Account / Relationship management in the telecom branch
•Technical telecommunication knowledge
•Multi-tasking ability
•Good interpersonal skills, able communicator
•Team player
•Experience in multinational and multicultural environments.
