RESPONSABILITATI

You will act as 2nd/ 3rd line and/or technical SAP specialist. The job consists of the following tasks:
- Daily system checks;
- Analysis of issues;
- Prepare and execute (non standard) changes;
- Evaluate EWA's;
- Coordinate activities;
- Manage and coach of 1st line desk;
- Capacity planning;
- Trend analyses;
- Support/execution of projects.


CERINTE

- University degree - ICT education;
- General ICT maintenance knowledge (ITIL);
- At least 3 years relevant work experience in a (technical) SAP; Maintenance organization;
- One of the following previous jobs’ experiences:
o System maintenance (Windows, Unix)
o Network maintenance
o Database maintenance (Oracle)
o Programmer
- Occasionaly you will be working in the evening or weekends;
- English language - advanced level
- Willingness to learn Dutch language in evening courses.
