Initiate and drive corrective action plans and process improvements to be executed by operations.
Manage global/regional service performance reviews with assigned customers for all contracted services.
Define program requirements and develop the program management team structure and processes around those.
Manage definition and agreement of key performance indicators & measurement methodologies with assigned customers.
Manage regular service performance review processes and meetings with the assigned customers.
Investigate and resolve structural service issues for assigned customers and programs.
Deliver operational and functional process improvements & cost reductions to assigned customers.
Document and maintain relevant performance management information for assigned customers such as KPI’s, business rules, operations procedures etc.
Create visibility on operational trends and issues.
Support the tender management teams with validation of customer requirements and service proposals.
Support relevant structural service improvement & innovation initiatives impacting customers
Manage virtual, functional and cross BU teams around each assigned customer.
Minimum 5 years experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.
Minimum 3 years experience in customer relationship management.
Minimum 2 years experience business analysis and trending in the logistics industry
University degree or higher level education (major in logistics/transportation preferred).
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Ability to identify and understand structural issues and trends within a complex environment.
Good planning and organization skills.
Virtual/remote team management experience.
Creative, innovative, problem solving thinking.
Excellent understanding of the logistics market.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
Strong non-verbal communication, impact and negotiation skills.
