Project management
- In close consultation with client and internal departments, preparing a project definition and project planning,
monitoring and achieving them;
- Project work with project management at the client;
- To synchronize the various activities in the project planning between the different internal departments, customers, suppliers and head office.
- Chairing the regular internal project meetings (APQP meetings);
- Early warning and prevention of potential problems in the project;
- Coordinating solutions (production related) problems and their possible changes related to turbo chargers that are already in series production;
- (Future) preparing and monitoring the project budget.
Information and advice
- The provision of relevant project information to project team, management, supplier and customer.
Reporting
- Reports downloaded to the Projects Manager;
- Regular reports on 'steering committee' (management team) on status and progress of their projects;
- Report by Meeting Minutes which is discussed in project meetings internally and with customers;
- Reports in "steering committee" meetings with customers about the progress of the project. This can take the
form of a presentation.
Responsibility
- For the timely achievement of the stated project objectives (design, sustainability, production accountability, quality, production, legal requirements etc.);
- For the time to anticipate (potential) problems that the project objectives at risk;
- For the timely reporting of problems whose solutions lie outside the influence of the staff;
- The degree of satisfaction on a project;
- (Future: monitoring project budget).

Project Leadership:
Officer, the project leadership in the development phase series of multidisciplinary projects (Sales, Design, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Planning, Quality, Logistics) regarding:
- Progress and quality of the project and the achievement of project objectives;
- Managing the internal project team members with regard to timing and priorities
