Work according national and international rules and regulations. Prepare mechanical equipment data sheets, specifications and equipment requisitions for static equipment ranging from i.e. fired heaters, heat exchangers, vessels, reactors columns and /or rotating equipment ranging from i.e. pumps, blowers, compressors, extruders agitators ,mixers and package units. Evaluate vendor bids and review vendor documentation. Liaise with other disciplines. Liaise with client and/or vendor Review PDMS (3D) capabilities.
BSc/ MSc in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 6 years experience in mechanical engineering preferable in oil and gas production units, chemicals and polymers units or refinery. Flexible, pro-active, good interpersonal skills, customer minded.
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both oral and written.
Computer skills for designing process simulation, calculations and spreadsheet. evaluations (Microstation, autocad, PDMS, VES/Scades)
