Repairing industrial electronics
- Repairing industrial electronics in accordance with the procedures as described in the quality manual.
- Repairing industrial electronics in the order determined by the job allocation software.
- Reporting on repairs in KIS.
- Requesting items to be ordered for use in test setups and/or similar, in consultation with the working foreman.
- Notifying sales when an urgent repair is ready.
- Identifying problems with regard to the execution of duties and contributing to solutions.
Results:
- Repairs are carried out in accordance with the procedures.
- Repairs are carried out in the order determined by the job allocation software, unless decided otherwise by the head of TS.
- Each repair is accompanied by a clear and concrete report in KIS.
- The employee is aware of the computer programmes necessary for the proper execution of his or her duties.
- The employee is aware of the current procedures as described in the quality manual.
- The employee is aware of the quality requirements set by UNIS.
- Repairs meet the quality requirements set by UNIS.
- High customer satisfaction.
- Effective cooperation with colleagues.
