Electromechanical Engineer & Electrical Layout Designers will contribute to complex projects worked for one of the world's leading providers of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, manufacturing complex machines that are critical to the production of integrated circuits or microchips, for the following departments: Environmental Electronics, System Electrical Layout, Handler Electronics
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience with 2D and 3D CAD design of complex products, preferably experience with Unigraphics NX, Experience with Teamcenter, SAP
Broad technical knowledge of cabling concepts, connectivity concepts, EMC, safety.
English – Advanced Level
Availability to travel (for training & job assignments) outside of the country

ELECTROMECHANICAL ENGINEERS
Responsabilities:
Depending on department:
1.Environmental Electronics
-Design various electrical constructions for new and existing Client products/
-2D and 3D CAD design, Define, realize, manage and maintain various electronics products: Cables, racks, cabinets, connection boxes, connection plates, back panels, rear panels, controller PCB’s, operator consoles, fan units, computers, computer racks&cabinets, processor boards, network switches and cabling, etc.
-Responsible for the definition, realization and qualification of electrical functions and modules to: environmental conditions control, mechanical vibrations control, vacuum system control, optics lifetime control, and computer systems inside client products./
2.System Electrical Layout
-Study, define, specify and maintain the 3D CAD design and technical product documentation for various ELECTRICAL LAYOUT INFRASTRUCTURE MODULES: (cabling / connection panels / electronics racks / electronics cabinets / electronics cooling / mains-distribution / electrical- and machine safety / machine based diagnostics)
Electrical Layout Designer
Experience
-Relevant experience in printed circuited board design or electrical infrastructure design, preferable with the mentor graphics tool suite
-Experience with general electrical engineering principles and electrical development methods and processes.
Technical skills
-knowledge of electrical connection methods, AC mains power and DC power distribution and signal transmission.
-knowledge on EMC and electrical safety (International (IEC) standards, US standards (NFPA, UL))
-knowledge on analogue and digital circuitry and power electronics
-ability to set up cabling concepts.
-knowledge on cooling concepts
Specify, design, realize and qualify the electrical infrastructure for new and existing products.
The electrical layout designer is responsible for the specification, design, realization and qualification of the infrastructure for the imaging sub systems. This electrical infrastructure consists out of the complete electrical path from sensor/actuator towards I/O and computational racks, meaning:
-I/O racks (backplane and rear panels)
-Computational racks
-Connection boxes
-Cabling
The following deliverables are created by the Electrical Layout designer.
-The functional overview describing the location of the diverse electronics parts in the (sub)system.
-The functional block diagrams describing the functions within the (sub)system on a high level
-The detailed wiring diagrams describing all the electrical connections with the (sub)system in detail.
-The cable overview giving the overview of all the cables with the (sub)system
-The specification and qualification document of the electrical infrastructure.
