As a Business Analyst you will be working with the clients to gather and classify requirements of the business and ensuring agreement on system principles. Business Analysts will also be designing and defining system to serve new purposes or to advance work flow. You will be producing gap analysis reports and write other functional requirements specifications. Furthermore, you will be assisting with system design to meet business requirements. Business Analysts will be a part of sales phase by providing input into the proposal. You will be expected to become an expert on the project to serve as a source for members of the development team.
Job requierements
* University education in Business or other IT related education;
* 3 years+ experience in financial services;
* 5 years+ experience in client related analyst position;
* Experienced in risk management (Actuarial and BPM);
* Experienced in requirements management and/or process modelling;
* Experienced knowledge of modern methodologies such as UML, RUP, DSDM and SOX-compliance;
* Yearly salary of 50.000 to 60.000 euros;
